Alonzo Figueroa grew up in Oaxaca, Mexico, and has worked in construction his entire life. He brought the trade to Rochester twenty years ago and built Innovation Construction into a family business — his sons, his brother and his cousins are on the crews, and they are the same faces you will see on your roof.
He still climbs the ladder on the first inspection of every job. Every crew is bilingual, and nothing gets handed off to a subcontractor.

We are based in Rochester and we travel. If your house is in Upstate New York, we will come out and look at it — the farther jobs just get scheduled a little further out.
