What we do
One licensed contractor for the whole outside of your house — roof, walls, gutters and windows, done by the same crew.

Fiber cement, insulated vinyl and cedar over a properly wrapped wall. We replace rotted sheathing instead of covering it up.
Seamless gutters rolled on site, leaf guards, and replacement windows and doors that actually seal against an Upstate February.
Everybody goes home
Roofing is one of the most dangerous trades in the country. Our crews are family — sons, brothers, cousins — so nothing on a roof is worth cutting a corner for. Not a deadline, not a dollar.
Ridge anchors and lifelines go on before a single bundle is opened. Nobody walks a steep pitch untied, including the owner.
Five minutes before the first nail. We walk the specific hazards of that roof — pitch, power lines, skylights, rotten decking — out loud, in Spanish and English.
Three feet above the eave, stabilizer on, feet level, tied off at the top. Roof jacks and toe boards on anything over a 6/12.
Lightning, ice or high wind and we come down — even if it costs us the day. A schedule is never a reason to keep somebody on a wet roof.
No day labor, no crews we met that morning. Everyone on your roof was trained here and has worked with this company for years.
Drop zones coned off, the dumpster placed away from where your kids walk, and nobody working overhead while somebody is underneath.
Landscaping tarped before the tear-off starts, gutters cleared of debris, and a magnet run over the lawn and driveway twice before we pull out — once at the end of the day, once again at the end of the job. Bare feet and bike tires are the reason.

Alonzo Figueroa grew up in Oaxaca, Mexico, and has worked in construction his entire life. He brought the trade to Rochester twenty years ago and built Innovation Construction into a family business — his sons, his brother and his cousins are on the crews, and they are the same faces you will see on your roof.
He still climbs the ladder on the first estimate of every job. Every crew is bilingual, and nothing gets handed off to a subcontractor.

Where we work
We are based in Rochester and we travel. If your house is in Upstate New York, we will come out and look at it — the farther jobs just get scheduled a little further out.
